We had an excellent experience with Mario. He went through the entire house in great detail, taking measurements and gathering data with his tools and instruments. He answered all of our questions throughout the inspection without leaving us confused. Once he completed going through the house himself, he walked us through each part of the house and pointed out issues that he found, no matter how small. He was able to provide information about what might be needed to remedy some of the issues, and gave us a better understanding of things to consider as we settle into the house. We left the inspection feeling good about the state of the house.Mario sent the detailed inspection report to us the next day with pictures of every part of the house, and the areas that might need some attention colour-coded based on level of concern. Everything was broken down by room, with all aspects of the rooms accounted for. Each issue that was found was identified in the pictures with corresponding write up. We appreciated that the report was also sent to our realtor so he could access it immediately as well.Overall we had a great experience with Mario and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspection in the Moncton/Riverview/Sackville area.

Was able to secure an appointment quickly and when needed. The booked appointment time is for them to do the inspection and they contact you ahead of time to let you know when to meet them there to go over it. ( approximately 2hrs after the start time ) I arrived at the prescribed time and Mario was all done and ready for me and my realtor. The walk through was really good and he made sure that any issues ( all minor in my case ) were clearly identified and explained to me. Louis was personable, communicative, professional and thorough. He performed our home inspection, provided a very detailed analysis of his findings (which ultimately saved us money on the deal – bonus!) and spent a great deal of time explaining everything, as well as being available for any questions that arose after the initial review session.
